Brian’s hideout

Brians pages are not maintained any longer. The information you find here was written by Brian some years ago and is kept here as a service for you – but we have no plans or means to update or maintain those files at the current moment.

Brian has been working with different types of efficiency customization a long time. He started this site back in 2011 when he first wrote the manifesto (which quickly became a well known and much used book in the industry). He ran the site for almost two years between 2011 and 2013. Nowadays, he is working with video production. Up-to-date he has done over 23.000 hours of vidematerial for more than 230 happy customers! If you want to read more about his current work, go to www.brianvenge.com (opens in new tab).

Fast forward to September 2017: Fredrik found the site during a search for “Small Business” & “kaizen”. He found the site and the content very appealing and wanted it back to life – and so SmallBizKaizen changed ownership 🙂

To give you a hint of this sites history, here are the original “About”-page written by Brian in 2011:

What its all about
If you do things well , do them better. Be daring, be first, be different, be just” – Anita Roddick, founder of  The Body Shop.
